- RYRavi Yash2 days ago1.0I ordered food as a walk-in customer and waited for about 25 minutes. I noticed that the employee wearing glasses appeared to prepare orders that came after mine before preparing my food, which made me feel that I was being intentionally made to wait. Unfortunately, I felt that I was treated differently because of my background, and I found the experience extremely upsetting. As an international student, I believe I deserve the same respect and fair treatment as every other customer. Discrimination or racism should never have a place in a customer service environment. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I visited on my birthday, August 21st. Instead of having a pleasant experience, I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I sincerely hope this concern is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure that every customer is treated equally and respectfully in the future. I would not want anyone else to experience the same treatment.

It looks like the establishment didn’t delegate enough time to train staff. There’s only one employee working at 2pm. Please treat your employees better and schedule at least 2 people. This is not the employee’s fault but the owner or management themselves
