We are from Georgia, where we frequent Chick-fil-A often, and we are used to the "Second Mile Service" and the "My Pleasure" attitude that the brand is known for. Unfortunately, our experience at the window today was the complete opposite. I was simply trying to get clarification on our order, but the young lady working the window was incredibly rude and dismissive. It reached a point where she actually walked away from the window and began to completely ignore me and my family while we were still speaking. The situation was so awkward and unprofessional that a manager (or assistant manager) had to step in to take over and assist us. We’ve never experienced this level of poor service at any Chick-fil-A before. It got to the point where my family started joking that maybe this is just a "Florida thing," because the contrast between this visit and our amazing experiences back home in Georgia was night and day. While the manager was helpful in resolving the issue, the initial interaction was incredibly disappointing and not at all what we expected from this chain. I hope this was just an isolated incident, but it definitely put a damper on our travel day.

Food came out fresh and exactly how we ordered it. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations I’ve been to in Florida!
