My daughter asked to order a large make your own shake, he responded "I know, what do you want" It was just uncalled for. The guy at the checkout wasn't much better. We were trying to be polite and kind and we just got attitude. The girl was sweet that was working.

Corinna, who helped served us was friendly, patient, and provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude that made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The shop was clean, the service was quick, and the overall atmosphere was fun and inviting. Thank you, Corinna, for making our visit so enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great ice cream and exceptional service.
- MWM WMay 31, 20265.0Chase was so helpful, kind and beyond patient in helping me navigate my order with my food allergy kid during peak time, in peak season. There were about million customers before me and a million after but Chase made my kiddos day with carefully chosen treats and toppings, kindly adjusting to our demanding and ever changing order. Navigating food allergies is often tricky and awkward but we felt none of it here and my guy who has limited choices at every establishment had THE ice cream shop experience we all take for granted. He had so many choices in flavors and toppings and the service was the cherry on top!
