  3rd visit to this location- they rush you to order, then get it wrong. I'm probably nicer than average to food service employees, servers, etc (I've done it so I empathize) but honestly it's fast food breakfast, donuts and coffee... it doesn't get much easier than that. So if the same guest has their order wrong multiple times that means they're not the only one and it's a management & personnel problem. There are 3 Dunkin locations in town, I prefer this one because it's closest to home but maybe it's worth the extra time to drive a little farther for better service.

  Horrendous service. For every 10 times I go 1 visit they might actually get it right. I have complained three times to corporate and never received a call back from the franchise owner. The workers act like doing their job is an inconvenience. I always attempt giving the location another go, but i’m over it. Whoever owns this location please get it together- it’s a sorry excuse of a crew you got there. Poor attitude, burns the food, and doesn’t respect their customers.

  Please someone let me know if this sounds right or just poor customer service. I went to this location and requested glazed munchkins they were ok you’re out then I asked for a pink gray or pink icing donut with sprinkles. The guy at the window or the attendant told me that they don’t have any with sprinkles. All they have are donuts with pink icing. I asked if they could put the sprinkles on the doughnut and his response to me was no I don’t make the donuts. Is that even a good answer to tell someone? I need to know because I don’t make the donuts. It’s not something that I think you should be saying to a customer. Even if you don’t make the donuts and that’s not something that you can do there’s a better choice of words that could be used to relay to the customer. People in the service industry have no idea because how do you expect to stay open when you have all these competitions out here buying for your customers and you telling me that’s not your job basically. I was a server so I can definitely speak to the level of customer service that I just received from this Dunkin’ Donuts. It seems to always be like that. So guess where I’m driving to right now? Donut king, because every time I’ve gone there, I’ve had great customer service and I’ve never had someone tell me no I don’t do that. That’s not my job.

  This Dunkin’ is never fully staffed which is a shame for both the employees and customers. Management needs to do better because there shouldn’t be just one person manning so many stations. I prefer Dunkin’s over other coffee places in the area but the staffing issue makes it hard to continue visiting.

  I come here alot but im no longer coming back after constantly having to ask to get my drink remade with more coffee even after adding an espresso shot because apparently they think a cup of milk with the smallest dash of espresso is considered coffee. If I wanted a cup of milk I would've asked for it. And I know they didn't change anything when they gave my drink back cause it didn't change color and still tasted like straight milk. Learn to make your coffees. It's literally your job. Not worth the money or time. Go somewhere else if you want your coffee made right
