He was the only person working the front, taking orders and checking customers out, yet he stayed efficient, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly. Even while handling everything on his own, he maintained a positive attitude and provided excellent customer service. He definitely deserves recognition for his hard work!

Coming into the building, it was dirty with food on almost every table and food on the floor. Line was not that long but the wait was ridiculous waiting 30 minutes or more to get service. It was a bunch of young people working and instead of focusing more on the customer they where talking and laughing it up like it wasn't a line. No form of consideration that people are waiting and definitely not tidy. Watch a good amount of people leave without getting food, including myself. Definitely will not be coming back again during the evening shift and will not recommend any one to come to this spot.

This feels like a franchise owner trying to cut costs by having workers stop preparing food at a certain time even though they need it. Corporate needs to look at this location. I get that the brand has been going downhill but this is crazy. Tydr: bad location. Chipotle should be better. Don’t blame the staff, blame the owners
