Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Order was wrong. Went back into Whataburger and had my food all touched on by two employees arguing about the order. Manager was pretty much w attitude of OH WELL instead of I'm Sorry, let me correct the issue. Outside there was a full parking lot of kids blocking the spaces for handicap and on line orders. They were every which way and didn't care to move. Running around the parking lot, play fighting I think so yelling etc....even blocked me in so I had to do a 3 point turn to get out. Called the store to got no where. Being a female, senior and disabled I wasn't about to say something when there was 20 of them and 2 of us at 230 am and nobody else on the road.

I had an excellent experience at Whataburger! The customer service was absolutely outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was incredibly fast even during a busy time.
I especially want to recognize Holly Williams for going above and beyond. She was kind, attentive, hardworking, and truly made the experience stand out. Employees like her are hard to find, and she absolutely deserves a raise for the level of customer service she provides. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.
This was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back! And a special shout out to Kellan!

30 minutes in the drive through at this location (milton). They NEVER get my simple order correct either. I hate putting negative reviews about businesses on Google, but they HAVE to fix things somehow. Other locations seem to be fine. A while ago, at the Dogwood Milton location, My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and we got home to NO CHICKEN on his CHICKEN sandwich! What?!? They didnt even offer his money back. We drove another 30 minutes (15 minutes each way & we called ahead that we were coming) to get a replacement and no apology, no offer of return $ and he still had to wait. He didn't eat with the family and had cold fries when he got home which they didnt replace them either (he didnt eat them). I said I wouldn't go back to this location, but the other night, I went through the drive through and 30 minutes later, I got a mediocre meal without the proper sauce. It's always something. It's a shame, but we will always go to a different Whataburger if we go at all from now on. I spend less on Chik Fil A or Texas Roadhouse to go! Seriously!

Slowest Whataburger I have ever been to in all of my life. I placed an order for curbside pickup tonight, 4/23 at 8:15. Estimated pickup time was 8:22. I didn’t get my food until 8:53. Over 30 minutes of waiting is absolutely ridiculous for a “fast food” restaurant. I paid $30 for this food and I could have spent the same amount of money at a restaurant and been eating by the time i received my food from this establishment. Atleast the order was prepared correctly, that was the only reason it received 2 stars.
