  My husband and I went to the drive thru for an Oreo freeze and Sundae. I asked for extra Oreos and instead got vanilla ice cream with a tiny bit of Oreo sprinkled in and the chocolate Sundae was pathetic. The girl working seemed to absolutely hate her job, and was not friendly in the least bit. We’ve always loved stopping by on our way through town but we’ll think twice before going again. Disappointing.

  SHe aint what she used to be...BRING BACK THE TASTEE FREEZE. Now, it is like a rudderless ship. Got 7 people behind the counter, no one in the restaurant so to speek, 7pm on a sun and waited 25 mins for a very small order. I just gave up and left. I just eat at Grover's or Jack's from now on! Sadest thing is they cant look ahead on the orders I guess and can only work tickets in the order they come in. They need someone there calling out tickets and orders and expoditing the orders. Another big question is how often is that soft serve machine broken down and cleaned. If the workers are to lazy or busy to even check on an order, then what level of cleaning is going on? That machine looked dirty. Wanted a dip cone but NO WAY.

  I really hate leaving reviews like this, but this burger was unacceptable. The bun looked smashed and soggy, the lettuce was wilted and falling apart, and there was a dark mushy spot on the lettuce/bun area that genuinely made the food look unsafe to eat. The whole thing looked messy, old, and poorly put together. I understand fast food/restaurant orders aren’t always perfect, but this looked like it had been sitting around or handled carelessly. I ended up losing my appetite and didn’t feel comfortable eating it. The restaurant needs to tighten up quality control before sending food out like this.

  I love stopping at Saucy’s. When we go to Pensacola Fl to the Dr. stopping at Saucy’s on the way home for ice cream is my treat! Love the atmosphere reminds me of ice cream shop when I was younger. We had the chocolate lovers banana split. Yum!

  Food was excellant!!! Notes for delivery have always been come up driveway to back gate. Driver left the food on the sidewalk at the front door. Thank goodness I got a message it was delivered.
