  The toppings on my pizza was very slim. The person that took my order didn't seem very friendly.

  Ordered my food at 11:20, sats they are open till 12am but got a call from a woman at 1140 very rudely telling me that first they cant take cash that late and could take my card so I go get my card and then she continues to inform me very rudely that they have already shut everything down and it'll take 20 minutes to laod everything back up then another 40 minutes before I will get my food. If you are open tiĺ 12 then why is everything shut down at 1140 especially when I made the order at 1120 and the app says my food would be delivered by 1204. I work in the service industry and operating hours are operating hours. I could never call a customer and tell them that I could not fulfill their order way before my store is closing. If pizza hut in milton is not receiving orders 45 minutes before closing then they should put that on their app or website. Sorry but if you close at a certain time then technically you should still receive orders till that said closing time. What happened to work ethic. If she wasn't so rude about it I would not be writing this review but 45 minutes before you close and my order would of been out for delivery before closing foes entitle you to call a customer and refuse business and yes it was a 40 dollar order.

  I placed my order over the phone and was quoted 15 minutes, and my order was ready in exactly 15 minutes. Hot and fresh. However, i recieved boneless wings instead of the traditional wings that i ordered. I was disappointed because pizza hut has the best wings in town, when i want good wings i dont want to have to drive to pensacola. Kayla was the manager i spoke to. She apologized, was so kind and and corrected the mistake without hesitation. I'm giving 5 stars for her being professional because that is how you run a business. Human error will always happen andpeople make mistakes, it happens everywhere. good management makes a good business. Good job kayla!! . I'll be coming back for some more wings in a few days 😋
