  Why even call it fast food? Every. Single. Time. We go through the drive thru, it is at least a 20-25 minute ordeal. No matter what time of day! And beware: you HAVE to check your bag before you drive away- many times they have forgotten a simple item. Awful. Milton sucks. So does the Milton McDonald’s.

  Top 2 worst McDonald’s ever and it’s not 2 cold food and takes forever t is multiple times and food is wrong or missing 95% of the time and burgers are loaded with mayo

  Messed two things on my small order. Forgot my drink and the tea was 3 hrs over due. I get it that it was busy but some things can be fixed even during a rush.

  I am submitting this complaint regarding a highly unprofessional experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. While waiting in line, the vehicle ahead of me remained at the order point for an extended period, during which loud, explicit language was being broadcast over the speaker system—clearly audible inside my vehicle with my young child present. Despite this delay, vehicles in the adjacent lane continued to move through. After waiting a considerable amount of time, I placed a mobile order and proceeded cautiously to the pickup window. My order timestamp will confirm that I arrived approximately 13 minutes after placing it, reflecting that I had already been waiting patiently. Upon reaching the window, I was immediately met with a confrontational and accusatory tone from the employee, who insisted I had ‘cut’ another customer and demanded that I circle back around. I was then told I had ‘endangered my child,’ which was an inappropriate, unfounded, and unacceptable statement. I remained calm and asked for a reasonable alternative, such as pulling into a pickup space, but was refused. I ultimately canceled my order and left. When I contacted the store afterward, the manager was dismissive and failed to address the employee’s conduct. While I did not obtain the names of the individuals involved, staffing records will clearly identify who was working at the time in question. I recognize that operational procedures exist; however, they do not justify unprofessional behavior, accusatory language, or dismissive management response. This interaction reflects a clear failure in customer service standards and warrants attention.
