  Over 25 minutes in the drive-through with 5 cars in front of us and we got an old tepid burger, a tepid fish filet, a tepid wrong size fry, and one hot, correct size fry. It appeared to be severely understaffed.

  Absolutely the worst service ever at a McDonald’s. Never going back to that horribly managed business. 20 minutes for cold food through the drive thru as I watched people flow behind me and around. Not on my lunch break bros.

  In line at the drive-through for 20 minutes at this speaker, nobody took our order. Nobody said anything they just continue to let their whole drive-through both lanes get wrapped around the store almost and didn’t inform anybody of anything. Just let people sit there for 20 minutes when gas is five dollars a gallon. Enough wasting gas and still not getting an order taken and couldn’t even reach out through the speaker to inform us if they are backed up busy or something’s going on tried yelling through the speaker. Nobody would answer. Do not recommend going here unless you want to waste money and your time

  I don’t even know where to start with this location. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes—yes, 40—for what should have been a quick meal for my kids. Finally get our food, and not only was the order completely wrong, but everything was cold and clearly old. And to top it off, we paid $27 for two kids meals and two “value” meals… for food that wasn’t even edible. That’s beyond unacceptable. This isn’t just a bad day—this feels like a complete lack of care or management. Whoever owns or runs this McDonald’s needs to seriously step in or just shut this place down altogether. It’s not worth the time, money, or frustration.

  Every time I come, whoever is working the first window is rude and unpleasant. Usually it’s a shorter, heavy set guy; but today, I had the pleasure of meeting a female worker who was somehow worse. I waited 15 minutes at the drive thru mic and didn’t get any “we’ll be right with you” or anything. There were literally only two people ahead of me and they’d already ordered and pulled up, so not lunch rush. SO.. I pulled up to the first window(there’s literally a sign that says to do that if you need assistance ordering), and the woman on the register with the headset was immediately snappy and rude, acting as if she was inconvenienced by me having to order at her window and not waiting at the mic. To top it off, her hands were filthy and her fingernails looked like she’d just got done working in a garden. The manager who was at the second window gave me my food and was very kind. I’m not the type to leave reviews, and I get that you’re not going to always have top-notch people working at McDonald’s, but jeeez. I’ll make the drive to go to the one in town next time.
