  I really wanted to love this place, the inside is beautiful but the staff that work there and the sushi rolls are very small. Went for a pickup order, there were a few people but not extremely busy. The sushi chef multiple times was staring, and rolling his eyes at the customers. Unfortunately my drink was wrong and made poorly by the front counter. I ordered an iced milk tea with tapioca, it was hot with little ice and they replaced it with popping pearls. For 7$, I didn’t want to go back in to replace it, just wasn’t worth the bad experience again.

  I had an order delivered this evening and the food was amazing! The order was delivered quickly, the vegetables were fresh, the proteins were properly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Will be ordering from Kobi more often.

  Don’t ever get a pick up from this restaurant. I made a pick up order an hour before pick up. They were 5 minutes late and then gave my order to some other customer. I had to tell the counter person my name 3 times. I have been picking up restaurant orders for decades and never had this happen before. I think the other customer got my order is they don’t speak loud enough to be overheard by the background noise. Then I had to wait for 25 minutes to redo my order not like they would pute ahead of the line, worst service of my life. Then they over cooked my broccoli, asked for fried rice and gave me noodles, the pork katsu was tough. They did give me another order of goyza to make up for the mix up.

  My daughter and I both placed orders online about two weeks ago. When we arrived my food was ready but hers was not. The young Mexican looking lady with black hair said she didn’t see my daughter’s order. She finally checked the iPad and found it. I literally waited 30 more minutes for a simple chicken hibachi that I ordered online before arriving. I asked her for to go silverware while I wait, she said okay. About 15 minutes later I asked for it again. She said that she would get the silverware when my order was ready. I said, “if it wasn’t to much trouble I would like it now so that my daughter could go ahead and eat before her food gets cold.” With an attitude she finally agreed. Finally I got frustrated and asked the black lady with blonde hair where my food was. She said that she was giving me a refund for the trouble. Never received the refund and she had to force the girl to make my plate. NEVER AGAIN. Don’t waste your time here. That young lady will be the reason they close for good. She’s really bad for business!
