First time eating here and it was pretty good! Employees were nice and had great customer service! I ordered a #2 which is a big bacon double cheeseburger. Fries were fresh and cooked perfect and the burger juicy! Not bad at all for 11$! Will be trying the lemon pepper wings next time!

I have eaten at Jacks 4 times now never a bad meal. When you sign up for that app jacks gives you a free 3 piece chicken meal normally $6.19 for free and Jordan was very very friendly at Milton Restaurant 0410 even though I was not spending much money at all just $.42 for cup of water to wash meal down. Great restaurant for the buck 10 /10 easy 😀

Fries were under cooked and lacked seasoning. With my initial order, I only received a handful of fries, when I requested a little more I did receive an additional small fry. I ended up having to come home and put them in my air fryer🤨 Chicken tenders were cooked well. This was my second visit

From the moment we walked into Jack’s in Milton, the whole place felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely hometown‑friendly. Tessa took our order, and she was an absolute standout — upbeat, kind, and the kind of person who makes you feel like your morning matters. She didn’t just take our order; she made the experience feel personal. And the food? Incredible. We ordered the double biscuits and gravy, and it was everything you want Southern comfort food to be — hot, hearty, perfectly seasoned, and served with that “made fresh just for you” vibe. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, the gravy rich and savory without being heavy. It hit the spot in every way. Jack’s delivered a fantastic breakfast, but Tessa made it memorable. When great food meets great people, you get a place worth coming back to. Highly recommend stopping in — especially if Tessa is working.
