  I LOVE Arby's. However, this Arby's throws all of the other ones under the bus. Their customer service is top notch. Actually, I have never been to a chain food establishment where the employees were this nice to me. Brennan went above and beyond to be kind and make sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store on my trek back home. The other two ladies working there were excellent as well. This day in time, you never know what others are struggling with in their life and we need more kind people like them. The world needs more kind people like Brennan and he is a great asset to the Arby's franchise. If I lived closer to this location I would frequent more often. The employees working this morning definitely deserve some recognition for their outstanding friendliness and customer service.

  This review is not to directly look negative to this restaurant location because this restaurant location looks fine. My main complaint is the size of the sandwich. We ordered the sliders for $2.39 and they have cut the size to almost half of what it used to be. It is ridiculous and I will be shopping somewhere else. This shrink inflation and inflation tag teaming is not going to work for me. If you’re going to raise the prices on things then don’t mess with the size.

  The red head kid that works during the overnight is very charismatic and made me laugh. He was kind and made sure our order was correct.
