  I am always greeted with a smile and nice employees Always ready to answer any questions about flavors or sizes even about the number of espresso shots in a large🤭. Today the young man switched out my lid without even asking him to since he saw I asked for it originally and found some extra stickers for me that were given the day before simply because I asked.

  Whoever is making the drinks in the am needs to stop lol. At least for my daily its been terrible. I believe Gulf Breeze is the most consistent and no sourness. Too expensive and time consuming to continue to support. To be honest I have over 67k lifetime points with each drink around 10 bucks with tip. Equates to about 7k dollars. I’m not sure if they are leaving dairy out in the heat but it’s been gross. Do better!

  I ordered a large salted caramel latte, but unfortunately, all I could taste was iced coffee. I couldn’t taste any caramel or sweetness at all. I politely went back and asked if they could fix it. They took the drink back & after waiting, they returned it with what seemed like one pump of syrup. Unfortunately, I still couldn’t taste the salted caramel. At that point, I just gave up. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed because I paid for a salted caramel latte and didn’t really get to enjoy the drink I ordered not at all.
