  Great everything cheeseburger and got a free large fries for completing a survey. Very tasty and filling, good clean service and a very happy crowd enjoying their meals!

  First time here and loved it! Such a cheerful atmosphere and staff treated us like royalty….like we were walking across a red carpet!!!!! Food was delish! From decor to music, to the food and staff! 10 stars!!!!!! The manager Joyce was exceptional!!!!!!!!!! Definitely a wonderful atmosphere and pleasant to enjoy dining with family. Looking forward to our next visit!!!! 😋 ❤️

  Grew up having Portillos in Illinois, this is not the place of my previous days. This place sucks! Paid $30 for a chopped salad, large fry and beef bowl. The salad is half the size it used to be, fry had about 20 in the order and the couple on top were super hot while the rest were barely warm. Beef bowl consisted of two slices of meat, if you want any toppings on it you have to pay extra. Very disappointing place, and will not go back.

  Tried the original, it was good, nothing that stood out. Restaurant is newer (early 2026) so it remains very well kept. I was in the area and gave it a try, wouldn't go out of my way to return, but will try something else from the menu if I'm in the area.

  Do yourselves a huge favor and go get the Italian Beef add grilled onions, mozzarella and extra "gravy", an order of onion rings and if you like chocolate cake...... you definitely need a slice of portillos chocolate cake.
