We had a wonderful man named Curtis deliver our pizza today. We had forgotten to add a real tip to the order and didn’t have cash to give him. We panicked and searched the car but he just said that it was no problem and to just enjoy the pizza. He was above and beyond kind to us in addition to getting here very quickly with very hot, super yummy food. He deserves a raise!

Normally I don’t do this but when did customer service become so bad. I order online and it takes over an hour to get the food. That would have been ok but they switched my order to another delivery company so when I receive the food it’s not the right order because the driver says they gave her the wrong food. Then I call the store and they tell me just call back next time and you will get 2 free pizzas. Didn’t offer to refund my order or make new food so now I’m down over $40 for 2 hour long pizza. Used to be one of the better chain pizza places but it seems like they just don’t care about their customers anymore.

We haven’t ordered Papa John’s in probably 7 years, and this was sooooo good!!! Quality was excellent & the DoorDash guy was equally excellent. We will be ordering from here now!
