  Avoid this location at all costs. They can't get an order right to save their life. It doesn't matter if you are in line or on app. How do you miss a happymeal when its the 2nd thing on the order. The staff are rude as well. Especially "the female acting manager". I'm done with them.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would! Just shut the place down!!!!! Service is TERRRRRIIBBBLLLEEEE!!!! Waited over 30 Minutes in line, I did a mobile order. No one came to the first window waited there for about 10 minutes while workers just kept walking by. I pull up to the second window waited waited waited and finally knocked on the window!!! I had to knock on the window just for a worker to ask me what was it i ordered!!!! Ommmggg! The big headed manager just walking back and forth doing absolutely NOTHING!!!! I’m livid and will be disputing the charge!

  Drive thru rep left me on the speaker when I was getting my number for the mobile app. Then proceed to ignore me when I said I had it. meanwhile, they let four other cars go through the other side and everybody behind me had to leave and go to the next line because nobody was coming on the speaker. What a joke of Customer Service and it’s not the first time I’ve had issues with this Location. I think Management needs to send their employees back to basic Customer Service classes.

  Worst experience I’ve had so far. I waited 15 full minutes for an ice cream and fries order. There were two windows, so I moved to the one in front, but when he saw me step forward, he ignored me and kept serving other cars. I stood there waiting for someone to help me, and in the end I had to send my daughter inside to get the food. Very disrespectful and unprofessional and on top of that, they gave us half-melted ice cream. I threw $19 in trash

  I never write reviews unless something or someone truly stand out to me and this McDonalds has the nicest employees! Amya who took my order really went above and beyond to help me and she was very sweet. Imani has a bright future in Customer Service! She was fantastic and very professional for being so young. Very attentive and she cares about people. She also went above and beyond to make up for the very lengthy time I did I have to wait on my food. In fact, I waited 24 mins. Way too long for fast food. She did a great job making sure no one slipped thru the cracks and made sure everyone got taken care of. The manager was Sole I think her name was. Granted she had her hands full with trainees but there was only four customers inside besides myself, and the drive thru was steady but not busy. Overall the girls were genuinely friendly, and all had big smiles. I always get hot fries when I come to this location too. I had to knock off two stars for the very long wait when there was hardly anyone there. I waited entirely too long for food. Other than that - You guys truly rock! Keeping doing what you’re doing! (This was the evening crew around 9:45pm on Wednesday)
