Then after ordering had to wait another 15 to get my food, which btw I had a mobile order, anyhow when I finally got my food several things were missing and I had to ask for missing items 4 separate times just for them to still forget my sauce in the end. Not a good look McDonald’s PLEASE do better!
- MCMegan CarpenterAug 11, 20261.0Not only did I wait today at 2:30 in the afternoon for more than 20 minutes in the drive-through line to the point that my van was overheating but I get home and the six piece nugget that I ordered is just a nugget container full of tartar sauce. I just had open-heart surgery and I’m not able to drive. Therefore I cannot come back for a refund nor can I come back to get my food replaced because the person who was driving me has gone home. Thank you for absolutely nothing once again. I think I’m just gonna start editing my reviews on this place if I ever have the unfortunate issue to go here again and just keep on stacking the bad reviews maybe eventually management will wise up. This McDonald’s really sucks not only does it cost on average five to $10 more than the other McDonald’s in the area for the same exact food, but the service is ridiculously slow.
