- MWMatt WellsJul 1, 20261.0I have been using the location for 5 years now as it is on my way to work. For the most part it has been good. However, for the past couple of years months I have been consistently getting the wrong/not what I ordered. Food has been cold, bagel not toasted or the wrong meat added. I can't eat sausage and have gotten it on the last 3 sandwiches i have ordered, not bacon like I can't for. Bacon was on the receipt all three times. This tells me the person making the food just doesn't pay attention, the order was taken correctly. Lastly, it's pretty presumptive to ask "If I would like to tip them" prior to running my card. These are not servers; they are not paid like servers and do not work on tip. Why are you asking for tips? Servers who do work on tip don't even do that.

- OOOHMay 28, 20261.0Hand a negative experience placed mobile order went to pick up and was handed half of my order I told employee I was missing items and she was extremely rude and stubborn about checking for my order and stated that was it and I needed to check my receipt. I pulled over checked my receipt and clearly stated what was on my order and what was missing I had go back in and request my missing order and handed me rest. Things could have been different had she confirmed and verified my order!
