I recently visited this Chipotle location for the first time and honestly left shocked by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt disorganized and poorly managed. There were around six employees behind the counter, yet only one person appeared to actually be working on customer orders while everyone else stood around or watched. The food on the serving line looked extremely dry, old, and unappetizing. Several items appeared as if they had been sitting out for a long time without being refreshed. I asked one employee which meat option was beef, and she responded that she did not know and guessed it was pork. Another employee briefly stepped in, identified the meat, and immediately walked away without offering help to the clearly confused and overwhelmed employee assisting us. The situation became even more uncomfortable when the employee making my partner’s burrito had it taken from her mid-order by another employee, who openly told her, “No, you’re not doing it right, I need to reroll this,” directly in front of customers. The employee became visibly upset, rolled her eyes, threw the burrito down, and stormed off. Witnessing employees publicly argue and embarrass one another created an incredibly awkward and unprofessional atmosphere. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable eating the food because the serving line already looked old and poorly maintained. I politely asked if the line could be restocked and explained that we needed two bowls and one burrito. Immediately afterward, the energy and attitude from staff noticeably shifted toward me, making me feel uncomfortable simply for requesting fresher food. My partner and I ultimately decided to leave without ordering because the environment felt tense, chaotic, and unsanitary. As a first-time Chipotle customer, this experience completely turned me away from returning. This location seriously needs better management, staff training, food quality control, and customer service standards.

I'm a little bit disappointed in Chipotle in general. I purchased the kids meal, a burrito with chicken, and one large bag of chips. My order should have totaled somewhere around $19 and some change. When the girl rang me up I was charged over $27. I knew that sounded kind of strange, so I questioned it. That's when she said no your order should be $16 and (some cents). I said okay and I scanned my card. Come to find out I was charged the full $27. I reached out to Chipotle corporate on their chatbot, I waited around for about 20 minutes and when I finally got to speak to someone the only thing they could say was sorry there's nothing we can do. I was charged almost $10 more than I should have been for my order. I find it odd that a company like this would not see how much my order should have actually cost, and then charge me the appropriate amount. I already did get in contact with Chipotle on the contact us form. They refused to do anything. Please see part of my conversation that I was able to save. The only thing I had asked them was to please look into it and correct it. I wasn't asking for anything free. I wasn't being crazy. Just to be charged only for the items I actually purchased.

2 stars only because the young lady that initially helped us out was great. The host name on my receipt says “Angel” (I’m not sure if that’s her name or just the name of who opened the register today). But initially things were going well, then a guy stepped in to “help”, I ordered 3 bowls totaling $48.86. Then I told the guy who stepped in to “help” that I’d like queso. He then proceeds to dump the queso on one side of the bowl rather than spreading it across the entire bowl. I asked him if he could add more queso to the other half of the bowl and he told me no and stated that he could throw that entire bowl out and start over (the queso is at the end of the bar/one of the last toppings before paying. Also, what sort of policy would require perfectly good food to be thrown out and then another bowl made instead of just adding more cheese. There’s hungry families who would love a hot meal and chipotle throws out entire bowls instead of just adding cheese for their customers) or he could add more queso but charge me extra for it (so he wanted me to pay extra because he dumped all of my queso on the steak side of my bowl and none on the chicken). Instead of continuing to engage in the back and forth I just asked that the young lady who initially helped us came back over to finish our order up. It’s ridiculous to pay $48.86 for 3 to go meals while also being harassed about a tbsp of queso. Edit: I received a response from the owner account at this location, which led to me receiving a BOGO coupon. My husband and myself went back and both had a bowl with no issues of the portion sizes and received great service. We dined in, at around 2pm on Memorial Day, It was nice and quiet and we enjoyed the window views. Thank you for caring enough to respond and making an effort to correct the issue. Much better experience this time.
