  Serena is an exceptional bartender—always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She helped us choose the perfect drinks when we weren’t sure what to order, and every recommendation was excellent. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made our experience even better. Zuma truly has a valuable asset in Serena. Highly recommend.

  I had an amazing dining experience at Zuma Miami. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere that made me feel like I was enjoying a meal in Japan. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the sushi was especially delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Zuma Miami to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine or is looking for a memorable dining experience.

  Service was bad for me, 3 bartenders, only one said a word me the whole 2.5 hours I was there at the bar. 3 bartenders for that small bar you would expect better service. I just felt ignored the whole time. And the one bartender that was taking my orders was rude to me.. worse Zuma location I’ve been to..

  Mariano attended to me and gave me top notch service. The food was amazing! I ordered the crab and lobster Miso Soup, the Alaskan Crab sushi and the Wagyu beef skewers and was not disappointed. The drinks are SUPERB! Their passionfruit martini was sooo good I had about 3 of them. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who comes to visit Miami! Great service and I loved the atmosphere. After dinner I even went and sat to the bar where I didn’t want to leave! 5 stars all the way.
