  Came in on a Monday for their 70 cent boneless wing deal. I asked the lady at the register if they were still doing the 70 cent boneless wings and she said yes. Asked for 20 boneless wings and fries, and it turns out that the 70 cent boneless wings deal was not applied. She didn’t inform me of this during payment and ran my card. I ask for the receipt and confirm that the deal was not applied. I ask her why she would tell me that the deal is still on going, but continue the transaction knowing the deal wasn’t applied. Tried to give me the run around so I asked for my money back. It was a hassle to even refund the transaction because she didn’t know how to process a refund, so I had to wait a bit for her manager to give her instructions over the phone. The refund was provided in cash (not the original method of the transaction) I have attached photos of the transaction and the advertisement IN THE STORE for the deal.

  This wing stop is getting worse. I picked up my order and when I got home I noticed they missed a fry. I called them and not only would they not credit it but they also would not give me the fries if I went back to pick them up. They told me they had to check the cameras to see if the employees were doing their job, basically calling me a liar. Why would I lie about fries 😂 they need to get better management there. She said their policy is to check cameras before replacing food, but I have to call the next day. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. They mess up and don’t fix the problem. I will take my service to a wing stop that gives better customer service than this. I was told to call tomorrow and speak to the other manager that can check the cameras. REALLY?? FOR A BASKET OF FRIES. I needed them with my families dinner, not the next day. They are ridiculous!!

  Worst customer service ever, No manager available when you need one and a skinny lady came from behind claiming she was the manager and was absolutely rude to me. Every time i come to this location there are hardly any employees and last night they trashed my order and the plus the manager both ignored me and did not respond to my problems. They definitely need better management
