  Customer service it’s bad and the black girls. That are customer service. They look at Lino messed up. That’s not good for a Business. Not good at all. We all the same commitment. We’re all the Same.

  This Wingstop is quick and very convenient! I had Ms Bri helping me and she was very nice and waited until my order was ready she wasn’t rushing or nothing !! 10/10 service must come here

  These are the kinds of situations where business owners lose a lot of money due to employees sabotaging the work: online orders get marked as "ready" in the system even though preparation hasn't even begun. To make matters worse—and as if that brazen behavior weren't enough—even when they aren't doing anything else, they make the person arriving to pick up the order wait an excessive amount of time. Staff like this make the company look bad to customers; it has happened to me several times when ordering food online and the app selects that establishment. Of course, I know exactly what’s going to happen with my order because my phone shows it as ready, but that’s actually false. When I see the excessive delay and message the delivery person, they tell me the staff hasn't even started preparing it yet. Instead, they serve other people who arrived later, while the delivery person is left standing there looking like a fool until they get fed up and cancel the order. Naturally, the person who ordered from home ends up going hungry, too—all because of that bunch of useless workers at this shop. Now, whenever I see this store pop up while ordering online, I automatically cancel, because I already know what will happen if I don't. I feel sorry for the business owner; they would surely have many more customers otherwise.

  We were welcomed by Chyna, who greeted us with such a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Since it was our first time visiting, she took the time to help us choose what to order, and her recommendations were spot on! The Garlic Parmesan wings were absolutely delicious, and the Hot Honey BBQ wings were just as amazing. We also loved that there are plenty of flavor options, from mild to hot, so there’s something for everyone’s taste. The food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you, Chyna, for making our first visit such a great one! 🍗🍟🥤🤤😋
