  I'm giving this three stars because I understand how much a one-star review can hurt a business, but based strictly on my experience, this was much closer to a one-star meal. I had about two and a half hours before my flight and wanted to enjoy a relaxing dinner. After reading positive reviews, I chose Vienna over the other airport restaurants. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment from the start. I waited about 14 minutes before anyone acknowledged my table, and when my server finally arrived, I was expected to place my entire order at once. Throughout the meal, no one really checked on me except for a quick "Everything okay?" while walking past my table. I ordered the capellini with grilled chicken. The pasta was decent, but the chicken was rubbery and even had small bones in it, which completely ruined the dish. To top it off, an 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill for a party of one. I understand that's common at airport restaurants, but the level of service certainly didn't justify it. There are a couple of positives. The views of the runway are nice if you enjoy watching planes, and the restaurant is large, bright, and open with windows on both sides. If you're traveling with kids, the spacious layout is probably more comfortable than many of the crowded airport restaurants. That said, the dining room felt more like an airport cafeteria than a restaurant, and for the price, I expected a much better experience. There are plenty of places to eat at MIA, and based on this visit, I'd recommend trying one of those instead.

  Everybody must come soon in my airport. Service is excellent. Food is so great atmosphere is incredible. watching planes come and go you can see the tower from the bar It’s really great. It’s my second time here. Will come every year that I come to Miami

  Our bartender/server, Christina, was wonderful. She made great cocktails and provided great service as we continued with our dinner at the bar. The chicken flatbread was delicious as were the chicken tacos.

  Christina was an absolutely lovely host and very knowledgeable. We will definitely eat here again! The flavours in the food were excellent. We very much enjoyed our meals and the good service..

  Excellent Moscow Mule and fettuccine Alfredo shocking this restaurant is a hidden gem in plain sight on the top floor of the Miami hotel that is located in terminal G, The elevators are located next to the reservation desk and the restaurant itself is on the 7 th floor Overlooking the tarmac Great experience my bartender/servers name was Denise highly recommend her I laughed so hard great gal Good ppl ;) great ambience Very genuine, very real the chef‘s name was Felipe and made an outstanding fettuccine Alfredo that rivals any high end Italian restaurant I’ve been to I was actually very shocked. It was as good as it was. I came 4:30/5 pm which is an odd time. It’s not really lunch. It’s not really dinner and had pretty much the entire place to myself and you can watch the planes landing and taking off this really is a gem Very clean! definitely will return here. It’s nice it’s quiet. It’s not the hustle and bustle that you have down in the main terminal so it really is like a hidden oasis with excellent food I believe both my server and the Chef deserve raises. !!!! They went way above the call and I’ve been to pretty much every restaurant in Miami International Airport and this is by far is. The best !!! I left around 6 pm , one other couple had come in I truly believe ppl just don’t know about this place !! I will add that I had first had drinks down in Margaritaville and the service was horrible. I don’t know how you messed up a Margarita when your name is Margarita Ville but they did and the appetizer I ordered came raw. The place was loud and noisy. this is a completely 180% and I highly recommend this.
