We’ve tried the Miami spice menu today and it was a really good deal, food was amazing and the best part was our server Daniel from Italy. Really good experience we are definitely coming back.
Alexei was an excellent waiter and the owner was very classy. We did the anniversary special and all of the food was delicious.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish at The Palm Miami!
If you are looking for true, old-world hospitality executed at the highest level, The Palm Miami delivers. From the moment we sat down, the service was nothing short of remarkable. Our primary server, Adonay, along with her two attentive team members, set a masterclass standard for warmth, pacing, and professional care.
Every course was flawless:
The Bread Basket: A wonderful selection of fresh, flavorful house breads that set a welcoming tone right away.
The Caesar Salad: Crisp, cold, perfectly dressed, and balanced.
The Pappardelle Bolognese: Rich, comforting, and packed with deep, slow-cooked flavor—absolute perfection on a plate.
Junior's Cheesecake: Drizzled to perfection, rich, velvety, and the ideal sweet finish to an extraordinary meal.
In an era where true luxury service is becoming hard to find, Adonay and the team at The Palm reminded us what first-class dining is all about. We will absolutely be returning!

This is the best restaurant in Miami! Michael is amazing! We have come here for many years and he always has a smile, a hug and a warm welcome for us! It’s so nice to be treated like family! Our server Fidel was wonderful as well. He has taken care of us before and it’s a pleasure to have dinner here. I had the veal chop parmigiana and it was the best I’ve ever had! The service is impeccable thanks to Michael.
We decided to give The Palm a try during Miami Spice. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the experience fell short.
We pulled up to valet and sat there while two valet attendants simply looked at us. Neither came over to open the car doors. When I finally stepped out, both suddenly went to the driver’s side—which meant no one was at the restaurant entrance to open the front door, either. We opened it ourselves. Not exactly the welcome you expect at The Palm. Valet was $7.
We were seated immediately, which wasn’t surprising because the restaurant was about half empty on a Friday night. Unfortunately, that also made the dining room uncomfortably cold.
Bread service:
The basket contained packaged breadsticks, two pieces of pumpernickel with raisins, two pieces of white bread with raisins, and one onion roll. As a dentist, I avoid raisins, so I asked if they could bring bread without raisins or another onion roll. It took about 15 minutes to get an answer: there were no more onion rolls, and apparently everything else had raisins.
We ordered from the Miami Spice menu.
The Palm Caesar Salad: The dressing was much too tangy for our taste.
Lobster Bisque: A $3 upcharge for a very small cup. The bisque itself had good flavor, but the lobster pieces were overcooked and not tender.
6 oz. Center-Cut Filet: Cooked to the correct temperature, but surprisingly lacking in flavor. It also came with no sides.
Sicilian Salmon: Again, cooked to the correct temperature, but we weren’t sure what made it “Sicilian.” The risotto wasn’t creamy—it was more like overcooked, wet rice.
Dessert was the strongest part of the meal. The tiramisu was good, and Junior’s cheesecake paired with our favorite Hudson bourbon was also enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the service was just as disappointing as the food. Our water glasses sat empty. A simple bread request took 15 minutes to resolve. The staff seemed disorganized, and the problem appeared to be the way the tables were assigned. Instead of servers working a defined section with tables near one another, they appeared to have tables scattered throughout the restaurant. That makes it extremely difficult for a server to stay attentive to guests and suggests a management issue rather than simply blaming the individual server.
The final frustration came when we handed over our credit card. It took approximately another 10 minutes to get it back because our server continued attending to other tables. In 2026, at a restaurant at this price point, credit cards should be processed tableside, in front of the guest. Besides being faster, it avoids having your card disappear from sight for an extended period.
A great steakhouse isn’t just about cooking a steak to the right temperature. It’s the welcome at the door, attentive service, quality ingredients, properly executed sides, and attention to detail that make the evening feel special.
We gave The Palm a try. Unfortunately, there were simply too many misses from arrival through departure.
We definitely will not be back and not joining their “membership !“
Update: Manager Michael Cole called to let me know that the valet mishap was unusual as he sees them doing it. And as far as the bread, I should be the one to call ahead to make site they have it (really, that is your job!) Not impressed
