  Place never disappoints. Every time I'm in this area I have to stop and eat even if I ate an hour. I'm Mexican American, and ever since my grandma passed away, it been hard to find those flavors but this place always delivers.

  Food was really good but the service kind of awkward. There’s an Everglades hiking trail 15 mins from this location came in a little undressed after the trail and got treated like we weren’t going to pay for our food. Still tipped 25% out of courtesy but should teach staff to less uncomfortable or judgmental

  Excellent food with attentive service. The soup was amazing. The dining room is small and a bit crowded, but they have outdoor seating.

  Been here a few times this last year and had some of the best customer service and food too, thanks to Fermina!! Figured we owed her a five star review after our last visit. Fermina we’ll be back soon!!

  For a guy who lived in Los Angeles for 21 years, I cannot live without Mexican Food. I found a great place on 8th St and 142 Ave at the Tamiami Shopping Center, Taqueria Jalapeños. The place is interesting, colorful, decorated with piñatas 🪅, pictures of Mexican legends, and theme colors and drawings celebrating Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). I tried “Camarones à la Diabla” with salad and Mexican rice as side orders. Now, this dish is for hot sauce lovers. It is hot 🥵, spicy 🌶️. You can find seating inside and outside on the sidewalk. There is plenty of free parking at the plaza.
