  Mismanaged place that has shady managers who intentionally make cars at the drive thru wait behind the time sensor to fake improve their long drive thru wait times, then when you don't comply they intentionally try to ruin your order (trying to lie about drinks for example). Inside it's no better the managers don't have enough staff on hand to handle the amount of orders resulting in 15+ minute wait times while your order sits there already made 15 minutes ago getting cold all the while the staff doesn't even notice you exist waiting for your order until you say something and then they give you an attitude when you complain about the long wait times. Do yourself a favor and go to another location with faster service!!!!

  Check your cameras. Spent 8 mins at the counter with not a person in sight while calling for help. I saw 2 employees begun to approach the counter from the side and then turn away. Then the other employees that did pass by the counter said they will be with me in a second and just kept passing by smiling. Counters and equipment are pretty grimy. Not a soul in site but too busy to serve a customer.

  I literally had to eat with my fingers—there were no utensils. I asked the cashier, and he told me, "We don't have any." How am I supposed to eat the mashed potatoes and salad? This is the second time something like this has happened to me here; I definitely won't be coming back.

  big menu. lots of parking and seating side. friendly staff. i love taco bell
