  This is by far the absolute WORST I have ever been to. They are rude, inefficient, and work at whatever speed suits them. It’s taken over 10 mins to even be acknowledged and then when I was it was to tell me my order wasn’t ready and then crickets. How did I place an order OVER 30 mins ago and it’s still not ready??? You’re not making it fresh to order. This is the kind of place and people that disgust me. I have been in the biz for 26 years and still am. There needs to be a total cleanup and retraining bc this is a disgrace to food service and hospitality. C’mon Taco Bell!!!’ Times can’t be that hard that this is what you deem acceptable

  I ordered my food and after 20 minutes it still wasn’t ready, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The worst part is that when I finally asked about my order, that’s when they noticed my name on the screen and only then started preparing it. 35min for an order. Unbelievable. I came for fast food, not slow food. Next time I’ll just go to McDonald’s.

  Very rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. The name of the representative was marisa amd she should have no work. She was discusting.

  This location of Taco Bell stole money and refused to refund an amount that was charged to my card even after the purchase was declined. Untrained employees and unprofessional. Disputing with the bank.

  Quiero presentar una queja formal sobre una experiencia muy desagradable que tuve recientemente en Taco Bell. Llegué al restaurante aproximadamente a las 8:30 p.m., media hora antes del cierre (9:00 p.m.), en un día en el que además estaba lloviendo. Desde el momento en que entré, la manager comenzó a hacer comentarios inapropiados y ofensivos en voz alta, diciendo cosas como: “qué gente tan antojada” y que las personas deberían estar en su casa “patas arriba” en lugar de ir a comprar comida a esa hora. Sus comentarios fueron muy irrespetuosos y poco profesionales, ya que yo estaba dentro del horario regular de atención y solo esperaba recibir un servicio normal como cliente. La situación fue tan incómoda que terminó convirtiéndose en una experiencia espantosa. Me sentí maltratada y avergonzada frente a otros clientes. Considero inaceptable que una persona en posición de gerente trate a los clientes de esa manera y haga comentarios negativos por el simple hecho de acudir al restaurante dentro del horario permitido. Espero que esta situación sea revisada seriamente y que se tomen las medidas necesarias para mejorar el trato al cliente y evitar que otras personas vivan una experiencia similar. Gracias por su atención.
