  Pésimo servicio los trabajadores parecen no tener alma, pésima atención, demora en exceso, mala atención no existe un manager frente al local, mas de 10 personas esperando en el mostrador y como si no hubiera personal en el local

  I have waited 1 hour for fast food I don’t like this because it was 11 pm so pick the mc we walked away by the mc it was there in 5 minutes

  The customer service at the window was very disappointing. My order was placed 40 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, it still was not ready, even though there were no other cars waiting. I was told to back up and was not allowed to see inside the store while my order was being prepared. That felt suspicious and unnecessary. Employees need better customer service training. Staff should not act disrespectfully or try to show authority in front of other employees while serving customers. They should set an example of professionalism and not treat their job titles like a position of power.

  The employees here are amazing and quick with their wait times and service. I have yet to have an issue with any order at this location. The staff is friendly and acknowledge you as they work on making their orders. If they know you they will refer to you by name when speaking with you. It has a charm that a lot of locations lack.
