  This Taco Bell has been going down hill. The guy taking my order didn’t even seem to be paying attention. I had to repeat things multiple times. After repeating my order multiple times and having him repeat everything back the order still managed to be wrong with the wrong drink and with lettuce. Idk if this is a management thing but cmon. I’m tired of coming here and paying for my order for it to be wrong 😑 I just want to eat my late night tacos in peace 👎

  Es un lugar donde los trabajadores del servicio de entrega por la noche. Especialmente el día mayo 06, a las 11:50 pm son irrespetuoso, altaneros, mal preparados, mal educados, sin modales , desvergonzados. Sería importante que la cadena o el dueño de esa franquicia revise las cámaras y observe la forma en la que atiendan a los trabajadores de servicios de entrega .

  i was delivering an order for Uber and had to wait an excessive amount to the point i didnt even get the food. i ended canceling the order due to me needing to wait 30 minutes and still not having the food.

  4/19/26@8:46pm. If I could rate a "0" I would. A bunch of young kids working, all talking and laughing. I stood there 25 minutes to pick up a order along with many others. First thing when I pulled into parking lot ,ba employee parked his car in the middle of the parking lot. I saw him. I have attached pictures. I go inside and wait. And after 5 minutes I tell a guy I am there to pick up a order. And I also tell him there is a car blocking the parking lot. The employee that parked there tells me I am only going to be here for a little while. I tell him that is a fire and safety hazard. I wait a little longer then I tell them. This is a job. You get paid to prepare food and help customers. Do your job. Now is not the time to be complaining about not enough hours. So a young guy walks to me and apologizes and goes to restroom. Comes back and tells them , help her cause she has been here a long time. So again they ask the name 4 times already, and he tells me I will prepare it now. I replied you should have done it a long time ago instead of joking around. I told him and 2 more employees I will be contacting corporate and advising of how the employees are disregarding orders, customer and their business. They need new management and employees. I will never order from them again. Personal or Business. Do yourself a favor and order or eat somewhere else.

  This is my second time coming here!! These ppl are miserable..I came in around 9pm close to 10pm. 4/16pm. No one greeted me. They were closing so the manager came up and locked the door while i was still waiting for my food order . They take forever to get your order. Ppl behind in the back seem like they were tired and wanted to go home. I feel like they had a look on their face when I walked in last minute to place my order.Like hurry up with the order so we can leave .my food was cold and the potatoes inside the taco I ordered did not taste at great.
