  All my food was cold and the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were burnt and inedible. Very disappointing.

  Waited inside like 10 min no one even acknowledged we were there waiting. Did the drive thru as it seems that was the only thing they were tending to. Ordered 2 cheese grilled steak burrito. They messed up the order but they did give us what they did incorrectly (which I wasn’t going to eat as I didn’t order that) After I left and opened my “correct order” it was wrong. It was a regular burrito and not a cheese grilled stuff steak burrito. Terrible experience. Sadly will not be visiting this location again.

  We ordering by the website and when we pick up the order was incomplete I tried to call but the phone is disconnected Really bad

  Bunch of headless chickens, drive thru 3 separate times, something wrong every time and they still weren't able to make it right. How hard is it to serve food designed for anyone to be able to make? Ordered caramel salted churros, no sugar on top, and was only given 2 of the three churros. 5 chicken nuggets that had more fried batter than actual poultry (I get that they're premade but you seriously thought it was fine to give me all 5 of the worst ones?). 2 chicken nuggets in my crunchwrap sliders, half the slider was sauce and cheese, and to top it all off it looks like while making the steak nacho fries they were throwing the ingredients across the room. also they forgot my honey mustard.
