  I was there last night, April 24th. I placed my order, but 20 minutes went by and it still hadn't come out; they were prioritizing the drive-thru instead. So, I asked for my money back—and there were only three people working... Unbelievable... I am never coming back.

  We have ordered from this place several times, and following simple instructions on an order clearly eludes the staff. 0/10 on ability to deliver on simple instructions. Countless times have they messed up orders requiring multiple trips to their store to fix food issues. Adding lettuce when specifically requesting no lettuce, wrong size drinks, etc. I wish I can say this is a one time mistake, but this has happened on 5 different occasions now over 2 months.

  808 We went to the restaurant and as soon as we walked in, Giraldo told us to place our order at the kiosk, even though he wasn't doing anything. So I told my husband, "Let's go to another restaurant, because I hate those machines." We went to the drive-thru and asked what the little boxes had, and he sighed loudly and pretended not to answer. We asked for a soda without ice, and he gave it to us with ice. We told him we wanted it without ice, and he gave us a dirty look and rolled his eyes. In the end, he asked another girl to give us our food. And we order a meat chalupa and when we get home he gave us chicken chalupa 🤬🤬 , He's a terrible person who shouldn't be working with customers. That's bad service. We're never going back to that Taco Bell. At other Taco Bells, they take our order at the register. He told us it was prohibited. It's logical that they prefer to lose customers because of that.

  I cannot believe that a worker that took my food order and gave me my food is sitting there admitting to me about coughing all over everybody’s food because he couldn’t get a time off because he’s sick. That’s disgusting.

  I gave one star because it doesn’t let me do 0 stars because the service could be better, the restaurant was empty as usual and the food was old and the fries could not eat them of how hard they were
