  Walked in to an empty restaurant with 3 workers present or at least in sight. Not one paid me any attention for a few minutes so I had to yell out to get some attention and was just given a finger by a worker telling me to wait. Nothing happened. A few minutes pass and I once again I yelled out just saying I'm just here for a pickup and I let them know it's the one they have on their table which had my name. I was told if I can give them a moment and I explained Ive been here for a while and all they need to do is pass that order they have a few feet from them to the counter so I can be on my way. But no. She apparently really needed that moment. A few moments pass by and I was finally attended by her and I told her I'm here for pickup (the only pickup) and she hands me my food. A couple seconds interaction turned into 10-15 minutes because of their poor customer service and handling. Happens 9/10 times

  I got a chicken taco salad and the rice was as hard as a rock. I also ordered the empanadas cinnamon empanadas and one king burned black you couldn’t eat it. Horrible service horrible food.
