  Hello I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue with a recent Taco Bell order I received through DoorDash. While I understand third-party delivery involves multiple handling points, the restaurant is responsible for ensuring all food is properly prepared, sealed, and packaged before it leaves the store. In this case, my order was not properly secured or sealed, which is a major concern on its own. Upon receiving my food, I observed what appeared to be live roaches in and around the food packaging. Due to the lack of proper sealing, I cannot determine whether the issue originated at the restaurant or during delivery; however, the packaging failure and sanitation concerns point directly to a breakdown in food safety procedures before the order left the store. This is extremely alarming and unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. I have ordered from this location before, but this experience has made me lose all confidence in their handling and cleanliness standards.
