  I love Taco Bell,but these workers in the drive thru are so damn rude. I came in at 9:56pm July 5 order number 113. miss Larissa M took our order & we noticed the baja blast wasn’t a freeze, when we told her it was suppose to be a freeze she said with attitude “ you didn’t specify” & slammed the door as we were still speaking. we work in the food industry and we understand a lot but this was not the way to treat people. This was not the first person to give attitude. You all need to just start getting new hires and start from scratch.

  Horrible customer service, very disrespectful people, irresponsible with their jobs, disgusting attitudes. Disgusting place don’t recommend this tacobell.

  Primera vez ordenando en este lugar y haciendo la orden online fue tan desagradable la experiencia con un señor me parece que es venezolano por su asentó trato a mi esposo de ignorante que el lo iba a "educar"indicándole como tenía que hacer para recoger el pedido por qué no nos dimos cuenta que había un aparato para informar que estamos recogiendo la orden pero fue tan insolente y altanero el empleado que nos contuvimos dé no contestar su grosería que pena que no se eduque el mismo para dar servicio al cliente.
