- JEJesse EMay 21, 20262.0I have to agree with Ravi. I used to be a regular customer, but the last three times I came in, the same lady serving made the experience uncomfortable. On the third visit, I admit we came in about 40 minutes before closing, but you could clearly see it in her demeanor. She even asked my son to hurry because they were closing soon. At that point, we decided to leave. Even after that, I came back because the food is good. One time my wife and I sat alone at the bar, and the same lady added an 18% surcharge on top of the tip. When I asked about it, she said that was the “new norm” for sitting at their tables. We were at the bar, just the two of us, and she still applied it. Then on my last visit, we were charged another 8% customer service fee. Her customer service honestly sucks. I usually sit at the bar and like ordering directly from the cook himself. It’s disappointing because this place has done a complete 180 from what it used to be.
