    Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I placed an order online, and when I went to pick up the food, the restaurant was closed and out of service.

    The kebab was great; however, I ordered a koobideh meal and the grilled tomato was missing. And yes I paid for it.

    Superb food. Honestly. We keep coming month after month and the food feels like it’s better every time we go. I hope they invest a little bit to make the place a little more inviting !

    Had a very disappointing experience at Shahs of Kebabbjn Wynnwood . They messed up my dinner order, and instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue professionally, the server accused us of eating the food and even asked us to bring the order back to the restaurant. That was very upsetting and disrespectful. As a Muslim woman, honesty and dignity are very important to me, and being treated with suspicion over a simple mistake was extremely hurtful. I believe employees should be trained not only in customer service, but also in how to treat people with respect, kindness, and good manners. We came back the next day simply to explain the issue, but honestly regretted it because of how Carmen treated us. She said, “I’m giving you free food, here you go instead,” in a very rude and dismissive tone. When I politely asked for extra sauce, she refused and said each order only gets two sauces. What shocked me most was the lack of professionalism and empathy. No customer should feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, or disrespected when trying to address a mistake with their order. The way customers are treated matters. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning or recommend this place to anyone like I did before .
