  Do not buy coffee and croissant from Ralph’s coffee, otherwise there will be a problem with the miserable scorpion that makes coffee, the owners of this place should conduct training on how to treat customers before hiring. Whenever I ordered coffee and croissant, he gave me the coffee, while I was waiting for the croissant, the coffee was already cold, and if I asked about my croissant, this scorpion was very rude, not satisfied and showed his character and showed disrespect, this person does not have respect not for women, nor for customers, because he stands there and can't do anything else but brew coffee, that's why he lets his poison on others. You shouldn't buy such coffee and a croissant with scorpion poison for your money. Their bear mascot is probably on Ozempic too and that why it’s miserable over there.

  The cashier is an old woman with the worse attitude. If the owner could feel her bad vibes, she would be fired on the spot. Also the kids making the coffee have the worse attitude. They never give me the milk hot when I ask for it but they get mad when they have to make it again. Too bad I cant take pictures of them so you can see who they are.

  I saw this Ralph Lauren version and wanted to give it a try. The look and atmosphere are good—they draw you in—but the service needs more attention to detail to truly match the brand's standards. There is something about the branding in this area that just doesn't quite capture you.

  I was excited to try this but it turned out to be the worst coffee I've ever tasted. Couldn't finish it, threw it away. Very overpriced too. I'm a fan of Polo clothing but their coffee is gross. Disappointing experience.
