  Amazing coffee and staff! I work in the mall and I’m going to Ralph almost everyday time I go on my break. Lina is the sweetest truly! I love chatting with her when she’s working

  I visited the store on the morning of Monday, July 27, and unfortunately I had yet another disappointing experience with the woman working at the register. I’ve shopped at this location multiple times, and every interaction with her has been the same. She is consistently rude and unprofessional, never greets customers, seems annoyed to help, and makes the checkout experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Her attitude has been so consistently unpleasant that I’ve actually stopped shopping at this location because of the way she treats customers. Customer service should be respectful and friendly, especially at a brand like Ralph Lauren. It’s disappointing because I genuinely enjoy Ralph Lauren products, but this repeated behavior has left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers can have a better experience.

  Ralph’s Coffee is a stylish café that feels more like an extension of the Ralph Lauren brand than a traditional specialty coffee shop. The coffee is solid and consistent—nothing experimental or overly complex. It’s a safe, classic choice, best suited for a latte or espresso if you just want something reliable. The real highlight here is the atmosphere. Everything is beautifully designed in a calm, upscale Ralph Lauren aesthetic—green tones, wood accents, and a boutique-like feel that makes it a nice place to sit and take a break. Pastries are fine but not the main reason to come—they’re more for the look and vibe than for standout flavor. Overall, this is a place you visit for the ambiance and branding experience rather than for exceptional coffee. A great spot for a short, stylish break.
