  No vegan acá no te ha en caso te dejan esperando por tu orden online y si ya está no se ponen al pendiente si ya está lista conclusion me la tube que llevar Fria y me la tube que comer xk tenía hambre

  En general, los restaurantes de Pollo Tropical suelen caracterizarse por su rapidez, buen servicio y comida consistente, pero esta ubicación en Kendall, en la 137 y la 96, realmente merece un reconocimiento especial. Frecuento mucho este lugar porque trabajo con DoorDash en esta zona y recojo pedidos aquí regularmente, así que mi opinión viene de experiencia constante y no de una sola visita. Y si algo puedo decir con total honestidad es que siempre encuentro un ambiente amable, profesional y muy cooperativo. Nunca he recibido una mala actitud, una mala cara o un mal trato por parte del equipo. Al contrario, siempre noto disposición para ayudar, respeto y una energía positiva que hace la experiencia agradable incluso en momentos de mucho volumen de trabajo. Algo que realmente me impresiona de esta ubicación es el excelente trabajo en equipo. Se nota que el personal coopera entre sí, se apoyan mutuamente y trabajan con un espíritu de colaboración que no siempre se ve en restaurantes de servicio rápido. Esa dinámica impacta directamente en la rapidez con que procesan los pedidos y en la calidad con la que entregan los alimentos. Definitivamente, este Pollo Tropical es una ubicación ejemplar y merece reconocimiento por su constancia, eficiencia y excelente servicio. In general, Pollo Tropical restaurants are known for their speed, friendly service, and consistent food quality, but this particular location in Kendall, on SW 137th Avenue and SW 96th Street, truly deserves special recognition. I visit this location often because I work DoorDash in this area and regularly pick up orders here, so my opinion comes from consistent experience—not just a one-time visit. And if I can say one thing honestly, it’s that I always encounter a friendly, professional, and highly cooperative environment. I have never experienced bad treatment, negative attitudes, or unfriendly service from the team here. On the contrary, there is always a willingness to help, respect, and a positive energy that makes even busy moments feel smooth and pleasant. What really stands out to me about this location is the teamwork. You can clearly see the staff supporting one another, communicating well, and working together with a collaborative spirit that isn’t always common in fast-food environments. That teamwork directly reflects in how quickly orders are processed and in the quality of the food being served. This Pollo Tropical location is definitely an outstanding one and deserves recognition for its consistency, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

  Siempre pido en este lugar pero la verdad q hoy se pasaron les pedi los frijoles con más caldo puesto q era para una niña y hicieron todo lo contrario es una lástima pero no pienso volver a ir .

  Pollo Tropical Honestly really disappointed with this visit. We ordered a large pork only and the portion wasn’t even close to what you’d expect for the price. It looked half-filled and definitely didn’t match the cost. The sides were just as underwhelming — the Cheesy Plantain Bites only came with 5 small pieces, did not taste like much , more baking flour then plantains which is barely anything, and the tres leches was small for what they charge. The Chicken Sandwiches (grilled) nothing special to justify the price and size which it was a small sandwich for it price. The pork did not taste like anything, just pork with no seasoning. They did not include napkins to the order,Something that should had been included with out though! On top of that, receipt was never given. Price for 4 items was $26.79 For the amount of money spent, the portions, quality, and service just don’t match. Prices feel way too high for what you actually receive. Plate use in picture is a small salad plate Wouldn’t come back based on this experience.

  Fui a buscar comida a este pollo tropical y estaba lloviendo y decidí pedir la comida por la fila de los carros y resulta que el techo que tienen para tú pedir la comida no aguanta el agua y cuando vas a recojer la comida peor es un desastre hay tome algunas fotos para que vean que no estoy mintiendo cuando esté lloviendo no vallan por ese pollo tropical
