  Mi esposa se antojó de pollo horneado y se nos ocurrió ir a Pollo tropical. hace años habíamos ido a otra sucursal de Pollo Tropical en Miami (Hay muchos) y todo habia ido muy bien. En esta oportunidad (hace 2 dias) fuimos a una sucursal en Miami y en particular esta no nos gustó, al entrar se podía percibir el descuido y lo poco aseado del lugar (no parece que estuviese en EE.UU). La atención fue buena de parte del cajero, pero de verdad no nos gustó la limpieza del lugar, estaba exageradamente sucio, muchas cosas tiradas en el piso, restos de comidas, platos, servilletas, estaba vacío el lugar. Pudimos ver falta de supervivion o gerencia. No lo recomiendo.

  I am only giving them 1 star because I have to put something in the review because my experience would be 0 stars. Absolutely the worst pollo tropical in existence. The wraps had no sauce and contained super black charred chicken. And literally tasted the same, like eating charcoal. The fries looked like they belonged in a science fiction movie and were as hard as a brick. Do not waste ur time and money, yuck 🤢

  Went through the drive-thru today (Saturday around 10pm) and had a terrible experience. The lady with red hair was extremely rude from the start. I barely had a second to look at the menu before she started rushing me to order because there were two cars behind me. While I was trying to order, she kept interrupting and wouldn’t even let me finish reading or deciding. Then when I tried to add a simple side of black beans at the end, she flat out said “NO, not possible.” Completely unacceptable. If you can’t handle customers in a fast-paced environment without being disrespectful, you shouldn’t be working in hospitality. Definitely not coming back after this experience

  I got there Saturday around 4:15 430 for a takeout and as I received my order I opened my order and it replied this is not the correct order so I said out loud oh wow this is not my order so I was approached by individual. I believe her name is Amanda l I think it was her name black hair pulled up braided. She was very aggressive. I opened the order and I said very calmly oh wow, this is not my order right away. She approached ( and she replied well have you looked at your ticket because if you see your ticket, then you know your number! I just froze. I didn’t know what to reply. I’m 66 years old and I don’t see well in that day. I forgot my glasses. I felt so embarrassed the way she replied to me. The coworkers looked at me and customers looked at me. I just couldn’t believe she was answering me the way she did so unprofessional I live in the area so I often visit Pollo tropical but this one in eighth Street I will never go again…..
