  What a terrible experience. I went here on my way back to my hotel. Came to miami, home and had a craving for the food I grew up with and was highly disappointed. Asked for steak, paid for the bowl, just to be told no steak and then no beans. They didn't refund the difference and I took chicken. No beans Soni have to change to another rice. Then no mango drink,no yucca. Everything I asked for they were out of. Then I asked for sauces and nothing. Went to drive away and realized they hadn't even given us our drinks either. The guy in drive thru appeared to be high on drugs and girl at window was very rude and not apologetic. Not good with customers and appeared to blame us for askignbforbwverythjng they didn't have. Again no refund from the difference between steak i paid for and chicken I received. Terrible service. Terrible food.

  They need to hire people that know how to follow instructions. Everytime I order from here, I always have to come back because they miss something from my order. There hasn’t been one time they get everything from my order correct. Not coming here anymore. Also they NEVER give Caesar dressing when you order a CEASAR salad

  Fui hoy 5/2, y déjenme decir que el servicio al cliente fue absolutamente terrible. No tenían mango tropichiller, no tenían bistec, ni nada más. Parecía que ni siquiera era Pollo Tropical. Llegamos a la ventanilla y la actitud de la mujer fue tan atroz que cuando pedí salsa, me miró a la cara y dijo “¿CÓMO?!” como si hubiera matado a toda su familia, y luego me cerró la ventana en la cara y nos dio las salsas con una actitud horrible. Era una negrita con los dientes de adelante. No sé quién es, pero deberían hablar con ella sobre su actitud. Ustedes cierran a las 12 a.m., tampoco es que fui a molestar justo antes de que cerraran. ¡Arreglen su actitud!!!!!!!!

  A las 10:50 pm llegamos al lugarque estaba vacio, y 5 minutos despues es que la muchacha nos viene a decir que no tienen pollo, solo lea quedaba churrasco pero tardama 7 minutos. Las planchas estaban vacias es como si ya estubieran cerrando. Primera vez que veo algo asi en Miami que no les importe dar un buen servicio al cliente, no voy a hablar de la actitud de la muchacha porque entiendo que para lo que le deben pagar no tenga muchos deseos de haced su trabajo.
