  Súper mal servicio uno ordena te dejan parado hasta que ellos quieren uno va ala ventana y los plátanos son unas bolas con queso que diablos es eso encerio están pasados pagué $37 para esto no de verdad

  La comida de pollo tropical en mi opinión tiene muy buena calidad, pero si lo acompañamos con un excelente servicio como el de Alejandro. Hace que sea una experiencia 5 estrellas. Muchos lugares debería tener empleados co Alejandro con buena actitud y carisma.

  This place has really gone to hell on a wastebasket. It looks like it's run by a duo of college students from their dorm room. Inside, it is simply filthy. Nobody cleans the tables or the floor. Takes forever to get your order taken down. The meat taste like it has been stored together with the dish soap, the pork is all fat. The only passable thing is the chicken, because the yuca would also be nice if they had some damn salt for people to use, which they don't. Very sad but will never return

  this is literally the worst Pollo I’ve ever been to. And it sucks because it’s the closest one to me. The service is absolutely terrible. I was ordering for my family and after every single order the lady at the window kept asking if that was all after each order was very frustrating I would expect from a teenager, not from a grown lady. When I get to the window, she doesn’t acknowledge me and before I could even finish Asking for garlic, she was very quick to say that we don’t have and proceeds To give me a face with an attitude this was absolutely ridiculous. and a time before this one, there was a older man blowing kisses at me through the window. What is this? I do not recommend anyone coming here if youcare about good service.
