  I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes for my order to finally arrive. The delivery driver hadn't included my 2-liter Pepsi, so I called the store, as the DoorDash driver told me they hadn't handed it to him. The store told me they could either refund my money or I would have to wait another 30 or 40 minutes; I replied, "I already waited an hour and 10 minutes for your delivery—I'm certainly not going to wait another 30 or 40 minutes." Honestly, I was no longer interested. It was truly terrible treatment on their part; the employee was very arrogant and displayed absolutely no professionalism toward the customer—especially since the mistake was entirely theirs, yet they just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. To be honest, I will never buy from this store again.

  Mediocre experience overall. Sauce lacked flavor. The crust of the Pan Pizza was the best part. We had several pies. And the pan pizza crust was definitely the best. Pies LOOKED good, but could definitely benefit from a more flavorful sauce. Service was good but could've been more attentive. I couldn't believe there was NO background music playing. As a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I'm especially tuned into music and the vibe it creates. I was part of a large group here to celebrate a birthday, and it was especially necessary to have good music playing. It's hard to understand why there would be no music. They should definitely improve this unless, as I'm gonna guess, most of their business is take out. Other reviews mention that the dining room is always empty. Maybe this is an area of opportunity for management to improve so as to create a more inviting vibe to dine here?
