  Be honest if the order won’t be ready for another 20 to 30 minutes say that do not say 5 minutes then another 5 knowing you have not even started it WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKIGN A PRE ORDER!!!

  From 9:30 PM to 1 AM tonight, I ordered a 3 topping pizza which had the receipt printed correctly for chicken, banana pepper, green pepper and they made the pizza WRONG TWICE in a row and did not correct it even though I told them clearly I am ALLERGIC to PORK and asked for redelivery to the DoorDash driver Maria and the male and female worker who answered the phone. First one they added pepperoni, second one they added bacon. The same girl answered both phone calls, heard correctly, said hold on, purposely put me on hold since 11:30PM and refused to answer and correct their mistake after I waited 3.5H for food. I called back 5x and they refused to pick up the phone and a third time I spoke to a male, he did the same thing, said hold on, never picked up or corrected the order. I am 0.5 mile away. (Pizza was during the 9 o clock hour). Worst customer service experience of my lifetime. The woman working tonight and the man who answered the phone did that deliberately for no reason and should not be employed since they are purposely giving people food they are allergic to, purposely placing on hold and then refusing to answer the phone to correct it. I called them again from 11PM -1 am and this whole time they refused to answer deliberately. These people should be FIRED. They are punishing innocent customers to starve for their repeated mistake and then deliberate mistreatment. How do you mess up delivery twice and refuse to correct it intentionally? That is nasty. PLEASE REVIEW these PHONE CALLS, she heard clearly and as did the transfer line person before who intentionally put the call on hold after I explained and did not transfer. They had 1.5H to close at 1 AM to correct it after the 2nd notification of a 2nd wrongly prepared order, and knowingly blocked the phone line with holds and didn't fix the order as asked.   Great food and friendly staff, but the service can be a bit slow during peak hours. The pizza was delicious and had just the right amount of toppings, but my order was mixed up, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a decent experience that I would consider revisiting.
