- ASAngeli SalgadoMay 8, 20261.0Placed an order for delivery on the Pizza Hut app, an hour later I call the store to find out status of delivery since it gave me an estimated time and it was passed that time, store tells me they did not receive my order. Opened a claim on the chat and they didn’t have the decency of sending me a replacement pizza or issuing a refund as management had to look into this. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service since no solution was offered. I’m out of the money and no food was delivered Zero starts
- MMMatiasMay 1, 20261.0This location has gone downhill. The manager openly yells at employees in front of customers, which is completely unprofessional and honestly hard to watch. It makes the entire experience uncomfortable. I only come here because my wife likes the pizza, but I regret it every time. On top of that, the new system without drivers is a complete disaster. My pizza takes longer every single time, and if I order directly through the store’s website, I shouldn’t have to deal with DoorDash for issues or resolutions. That makes absolutely no sense. Overall, this is a horrible establishment. It’s no surprise so many locations are closing down.

- CRCarmen RemmenApr 14, 20261.0I was feeling ill so decided to order pizza. Marta was the one that answered the phone. I felt forced to speak Spanish even though my Spanish sucks. She advised me of the 2 large special. I was hung up on before I could finish talking. When my son picked up the pizza I was charged double of what the special was and received hand tossed instead of original. In addition the pizza was horrible and slimy. If I was feeling better I would have gone back, instead I would rather never order from there again.
