  I’m writing this a year later because that’s how memorable this meal was. One of the best burgers in Miami hands down. Cute charming restaurant with dim lighting and great food. Please order the burger!!

  This place would have a better rating but due to the Friday night bartender (May 1st) the experience was disturbing. He was quite perturbed that I sat down at 9:45 when the restaurant closes at 10 PM on Friday night. I ordered a beet salad, a hamburger and one glass of wine And then waited for my other half to arrive. The bartender was hysterical asking where he was and telling if he’s not there by 10 o’clock, they will lock the front door. They must look the door right at 10 PM and stop serving wine. Meanwhile, at 10 PM only the beet salad on the table. I can hear him telling the staff that you must explained to the customers everything, and they must respect our time. Totally unnecessary. The bartender rushes off for Friday night. We are done with our meal in 30 mins. Guess what? 10:30 PM the front door is still unlocked. A blatant lie. The restaurant still had active tables at 10:30. It’s quite unfortunate because this my neighborhood restaurant. I will not be returning any time soon especially if I have to see this bartender. The other two servers did a great job and tried to make up for the bad experience. I think he needs to serious training in finesse and first-rate hospitality or perhaps needs a change immediately. .

  I’m very disappointed with my experience. I suffered food intoxication after eating here and called the manager/owner to report it, but no refund or proper concern was offered. Customer service should take situations like this seriously. I would not recommend based on how this issue was handled.

  I had such a great experience at Pinch Kitchen + Bar. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and the staff made me feel right at home. The bartender was amazing and really knew their drinks. The food was incredible—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell the cooks take pride in what they do, and even the owner came by and was so kind and attentive. Definitely one of the best spots I’ve been to. I’ll 100% be back and highly recommend it! Definitely one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had in Miami !
