The delivery driver was dismissive, and when the pizza arrived they were all lopsided and undercooked, wings meant to be well done looked completely soggy and without sauce. Upon calling the store to request a reimbursement and pickup of the order, Ron answered with an inflated ego and sassy attitude, denying the refund; further inconveniencing us by requesting we bring back the pizza. This store is a franchise, enabling them to believe that they don’t need to abide by Papa John’s Core Values. If you’re having a bad day, learn to deal with it and not take it out on people who have no part in it.
