  I ordered online about 12 pm called this store at 12:10 spoke with Andrea Johnson (not sure if employee gave me mangers real name but the time of call is 12:10pm on 06/25/2026 ) spoke with this person and says hey I wanted my delivery at 1:30 pm but when I payed with Apple Pay I guess it switched the time she said ok 1:30 pm I put it in I get notified at 12:30 my food is on the way I call about 12:45 to the store again and advised them hey I was told my food would be delivered at 1:30 the employee who answered said I did not tell you that put me on hold then stated oh we have alot of deliveries so we had to get yours out so I stated how is that fair to me can I speak to a manger so the “manger “ Andrea says it’s a 40 min wait time so you will get it at 1:20 so I say to her I’m confused I have a message my food is down stairs which it was because door dash delivered maybe 12:50 so she was ya we have a lot of deliveries I stated how is that fair to a paying customer you are lying just to get me off the phone I paid my phone for this so she stated to me FORGET THE MONEY FORGET THE FOOD I CANCELLED YOUR ORDER AND HUNG UP .I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A MANGER ! TO HANG UP ,ACT CARLESS NO SYMPATHY FOR SAYING SHE WOULD DO SOMETHING AND DID NOT DO IT ,AND NOT TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY.I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME OR I WILL EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL I SPEAK TO SOMONE OVER HER ANDREA BEHAVIOR WAS SO DISTASTEFUL AND SHE NEEDS TO ACCOUNTED FOR HER ACTIONS . Now I have cold pizza and wings that’s I paid for out of pocket sitting from 12:45-1:30 at my place of work let that sink in .please get back to me on this matter cause it is very important!

  the pizza was cooked great, the delivery time can be faster but its okay. overall i would recommend but there is better papa john spots around the city.
