  Ordered delivery, watched the tracker for 41 minutes, and when I clicked their own tracking link they sent me to a third party app that said it had no information after the driver arrived to pick up the order. So they’re outsourcing their delivery and can’t even track it. The driver was already at the store waiting. I know because I never stopped watching. Then the order just got cancelled. No call. No text. No email. I was sitting there at midnight, hadn’t eaten, completely patient, doing everything right, and this store couldn’t hold up their end of a pizza order. The worst part isn’t even the hunger. It’s that nobody ever told me anything. I had to find out by staring at an app. That’s the part that stays with you.
