When I called the store for assistance, the manager who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to explain the situation. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, he spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, which made the experience even more frustrating. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and for someone to help me locate my order or offer a solution. I am very disappointed with both the missing order and the poor customer service I received.

A simple apology and some communication would have gone a long way. I wanted to share this feedback because the experience fell well below the level of customer service I expected.

They took over an hour and a half to send out my order (it was raining, and it seemed like the driver didn't want to get wet). After all that waiting, when the driver finally set out to make the delivery, he drove right past my house and went to another address over 10 miles away before moving on to another delivery. I went straight to the store, cancelled my order, and demanded a fresh pizza... the result? The pizza was half-raw and had hardly any toppings... It is the worst pizza place in all of Miami... simply horrible.
