  I showed up at the scheduled pickup time, only to find that my pizza had not been prepared and the order appeared to have been forgotten. I then had to wait an additional 20 minutes. What was most disappointing was not the delay itself, but that no one acknowledged the mistake or offered an apology for the inconvenience. A simple apology and some communication would have gone a long way. I wanted to share this feedback because the experience fell well below the level of customer service I expected.

  This was the worst service experience I’ve had in my 20 years of living in the US. They took over an hour and a half to send out my order (it was raining, and it seemed like the driver didn't want to get wet). After all that waiting, when the driver finally set out to make the delivery, he drove right past my house and went to another address over 10 miles away before moving on to another delivery. I went straight to the store, cancelled my order, and demanded a fresh pizza... the result? The pizza was half-raw and had hardly any toppings... It is the worst pizza place in all of Miami... simply horrible.

  my family ordered from ubereats and we got 1 medium pizza, brownies, and a pasta, all that came was the fing pasta, like how can both the pizzahut workers and the uber guy miss that???? i tried calling them to solve the issue but they hanged up on us like 3 times and when i confronted them to not end the call they left us on hold permantly (for like 1 hour). its not worth ordering from here just get dominoes or little ceaser

  Friday may 1, 2026 manager Jose is very rude and disrespectful. He has poor management skills and is not qualified for the job. I came in with a concern in which he refused to resolve. I asked for a refund and he rudely refused. I see a history of complaints online about Jose the manager at papa John's store 1014 located 19343 S Dixie Hwy and he's still employed doing business with attitude and bad customer service. This is bad business for papa John's. There's no way people can trust food preparation with the manager Jose who is responsible for their leadership role within the business. Can someone please investigate this papa John because there is shady business going on and no one is being held accountable.

  Minus 1000000 in customer service! I can’t believe the manager (Henry) still has a job on how he treats customers. For a reason this location has only 3 stars. I only expected basic courtesy, but got indifference and poor communication instead, no education etc etc.
