  On May 4, 2026, I ordered a Papa sandwich. When I opened the box, I was genuinely shocked. I was not expecting anything fancy, but what I received was far below even basic expectations—it was simply unacceptable. It reminded me of the old Wendy’s commercial from the 1980s: “Where’s the beef?” Papa John’s needs to seriously improve the quality and presentation of its sandwiches.

  I had ordered a half pepperoni pizza via the app, came in as a cheese only. Even says pepperoni on the box. Called to seek resolution, agent on the phone was argumentative and talked down to me stating that the order was fine. Passed to a supervisor and was given more of an argumentative tone from the supervisor and even more back and forth. I offered to take the box in to show what was on it to have the pizza remade. They initially told me it was fine and that they will send an extra cheese pizza. After 10 minutes on hold they came back and stated that they need the pizza box back. I informed the agent that since they had already stated that it was okay and they'll send another my family started eating, he said then we cant do anything and hung up on me.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE LOCATION!!! The employees that work here are a safety hazard with food, sanitation and are under the influence of something because they don't act right, unprofessional.

  Sorry to leave this one star review but these pizzas were really bad. I would’ve been better off buying a frozen pizza from the store than getting these two pizzas from Papa John’s. I ordered two medium pizzas on a Bogo deal from Uber Eats and added green peppers, onions and olives. With tip that came to 58 bucks for two pizzas that were lousy. $58!!!!!! There were no green peppers on either pizza. There was a spattering of onion on maybe two slices of one pizza- not enough to taste. The fact that each topping is $2.99 is ridiculous on a medium sized pizza but then not to get them??? Horrible. There was very little cheese, the pizza was covered in sauce, the crust was soggy. Oh, and I paid extra for delivery to ensure there were no stops in between my house and the pizza place - we are only 5 to 8 minutes . So delivery time is not an excuse. . Y’all need to realize the cost involved in ordering from Uber Eats these days. And make your pizzas a little bit better, pay attention to details, spread the toppings out and remember to put the toppings on when the customer orders them. $58 bucks down the drain! You can do better!
