NO customer service skills whatsoever!! We got two slices off the pizza to try it and it sucked. They would not make another one with the proper amount of cheese. The way that manager treated us was unacceptable!!

- YBYosvani BMay 23, 20261.0Good evening. It is nearly nighttime, and I am still waiting for the two pizzas I ordered at 1:03 PM; it is now 3:34 PM, and they still haven't arrived. I am not a demanding person, nor am I the type to make a fuss. I called, but the manager had no real answer for me; he simply made up an excuse, claiming that we had placed the order for pickup—even though I was explicitly told that payment was cash-on-delivery and that the driver would collect the money. I called again at 2:00 PM, and he told me the order had already gone out. This shows a complete lack of coordination—and, worse yet, a total lack of respect for the customer—to mislead someone in this manner. The pizzas were meant for four six-year-old children who ended up going without lunch while waiting for their food. I find it hard to believe that you would allow such irresponsible employees to work at an establishment that caters to children and the elderly.

This place is not a nice place. With that same squareness, they do the pizzas.
